Experience the Joy of Nature by Kayaking in the
Tropical Mangrove Islands of southwest Florida


--See native wildlife, tropical plants, Indian shell mounds, and much more
--Explore a small uninhabited island on foot
--Assist Dr. Trager with specific scientific research projects (e.g. plankton sampling, fire ant eradication)
--Use remote control vehicle to collect zooplankton (microscopic animals) from your kayak
View the day's plankton catch through a microscope, and (LONG TOUR ONLY) see plankton on the "big screen", aquariums and exhibits at Rookery Bay Environmental Learning Center (included in tour price, no additional entry fee for Learning Center Visit)


Short tour 2-3 hours on the water, $50 per person, Long tour $75 per person, includes 1-2 hours after lunch break (lunch not included) at the Learning Center
